The Capitol Tech portion starts at about 00:25:50.

Capitol Tech, a collaborative effort between Georgia's schools and the state's Educational Technology Training Centers (ETTCs), features Georgia's students demonstrating the application of 21st Century skills to the educational process.

Annually, Capitol Tech spotlights students using the fundamental technology tools necessary to succeed in the 21st Century.  These Capitol Tech School representatives are selected from the Spotlight on Technology Innovative School Award recipients by each local ETTC.
